Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is an issue with an item upon delivery, any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A summary of damages/defects along with photos must be emailed to hello@lindsaylauschhome.com.
Refunds
Lindsay Lausch Home accepts returns within 30 days of purchase date for a full refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Item(s) must be in original packaging, unused and in the condition in which it was received. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and return package must include original order receipt. To initiate a return, please contact hello@lindsaylauschhome.com with your order number.
Once your item is received, Lindsay Lausch Home will inspect the items. As long as the returned items meet the return criteria, a refund will be issued within 3-5 business days.
Final Sale
All furniture items are final sale, including mirrors, and heavy items.Lindsay Lausch Home does not offer price adjustments for sales or coupons.
